Packaging


All orders are shipped discreetly in plain boxes or envelopes. Please feel safe having your shipment sent to your home or alternate address. 




Shipping Locations


Rosey’s Toybox currently ships merchandise to locations within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska and all U.S. territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands). Rosey is not responsible for ensuring that the product(s) you have ordered is legal in any specific location; you are responsible for compliance with local laws. 




Delivery Options and Costs


Rosey's Toybox reserves the right to choose the most appropriate shipping option. Due to the fact that Rosey and the Mr. curate unique and uncommon kink, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. 


For any other shipping methods, please feel free to contact us at support@roseystoybox.com and we can run a real-time quote for you before placing your order. A separate invoice will be sent for expedited shipping and orders will be fulfilled upon receiving payment for both the item and shipping costs. For larger orders (5 or more items), please contact support@roseystoybox.com prior to ordering to ensure all products are still available due to high order volume. 




Order Fulfillment & Shipping Guidelines


  • Shipments are processed on business days, normally Monday-Friday. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not considered business days. 


  • Orders placed on non-business days will be received and processed within 48 hours of the next business day (example: an order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed by end of business the following Monday or Tuesday).


  • Shipping expectations begin at the time of order fulfillment, not when the order is placed.In rare cases, transit delays may occur (ie: weather, natural catastrophes, increased shipping volume during major holidays). Rosey’s Toybox is not responsible for service commitments or delays by the carriers, such as the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. Transit times are estimated by the carriers and not guaranteed.


  • All shipments will be assigned a tracking number, which will be provided to you by email once your order has been processed. Once the tracking number has been assigned, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


Rosey’s Toybox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipping confirmation shows as "delivered." To prevent lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier prior to delivery to make alternate delivery arrangements. Rosey's Toybox reserves the right to replace the item or issue a refund at our sole discretion.
