Customer service is extremely important to us and we strive to give each of our customers 100% satisfaction. By placing an order, you signify your agreement to the terms of this Orders & Returns policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not place an order.  Please also review the Terms & Conditions of Use of this Site, to which this Orders & Returns policy forms a part.




Orders


Rosey's Toybox strives to fill your order as soon as possible after it has been received. Orders placed on non-business days (including holidays) will be received and processed within 48 hours of the next business day (example: an order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed by end of business the following Monday or Tuesday). Otherwise, orders will be processed the same day if placed before 11am MST. If you have any issues placing an order, please contact support@roseystoybox.com.

Note: For larger orders (5 or more items), please contact us prior to ordering to ensure all products are still available due to high order volume. Please contact support@roseystoybox.com.



Cancellations


All sales are final. However, if you immediately notice that you ordered the wrong product after placing your order and wish to cancel your order, please contact Rosey's Toybox as soon as possible and we will make every attempt to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled because the shipping process begins very soon after the order is placed; however, it may be possible to cancel your order if you contact support@roseystoybox.co within one hour of placing your order. Once shipped, orders may not be cancelled. However, if the item is defective, it will be subject to our return policy below.




Returns and Exchanges


Rosey's Toybox truly appreciates your business! Shopping online can be difficult since you cannot hold the product in your hands before purchasing. We strive to provide as much information as possible about every product we sells so that you can make an informed decision before purchasing. Rosey encourages you to use this information before making your purchase as all sales are final. If you have specific product questions, please do not hesitate to contact support@roseystoybox.com before purchasing. Rosey and the Mr. would love to answer any product questions you may have.


For sanitary and health reasons, Rosey’s Toybox does not allow for returns or exchanges of non-defective items regardless of whether they are opened or unopened. Again, Rosey has done her best to supply as much information as possible so you can make an educated buying decision. Unwanted items cannot be refunded.


Rosey's Toybox recommends that once you have received your product, you follow any/all product instructions before using, especially for products that require batteries or charging before use. Please test the product before using it for its intended purpose. If, during the course of testing the product, you discover a defective item before actual use, please email support@roseystoybox.com immediately and describe what is wrong with your product. Roseys's Toybox will do our very best to help you resolve any problems in a timely manner. 


In the event of a manufacturer's defect or shipping damage, please review any documentation you received with the item. Many products have manufacturer's warranties and contain instructions regarding how to return a defective or damaged item to the manufacturer for an exchange or refund. If your product does not have documentation, please contact support@roseystoybox.comand we will help you with any manufacturer's warranty. If your product does not have a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty does not cover shipping damage, or if you are having difficulty with a manufacturer failing to honor the manufacturer's warranty, Rosey's Toybox will gladly replace your product with the same product within 30 days of purchase. Rosey’s Toybox accept returns of defective products regardless of whether they have been used; however, you must thoroughly clean used products prior to returning them for an exchange. When returning a defective or damaged item, be sure to include as much information as possible about the original order. If possible, we asks that you include the original packing slip/receipt, product contents (ie; item, charging cords/cable, charging docks, etc), and original packaging be included with the defective or damaged item. Please do not return any item without first receiving a return merchandise authorization (RMA) from Rosey’s Toybox. You may obtain an RMA by contacting support@roseystoybox.com. From the date we receive your defective or damaged item, please allow up to 4 weeks for replacement.


***Note: If you fail to include all required materials in your return package or get an RMA, a replacement product may be unavailable. Please be sure to follow the instructions carefully and to keep all original packaging.

Rosey’s Toybox reserves the right to refuse return of any item in our sole discretion, including but not limited to refusal for failure to follow the directions above.




LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


Rosey’s Toybox warrants that its products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, upon receipt. Rosey’s Toybox will, as described above and subject to the limitations described above, refund the purchase price or exchange the product, which arrives with manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship.  No charge will be made for shipping or other costs with respect to defects covered by this warranty.


To obtain protection under this warranty, you must follow the procedures described above under “Returns and Exhcanges.”


Specifically excluded from this warranty are any claims arising as a result of improper application, use, neglect, abuse, or other mistreatment of the products.


Rosey’s Toybox, its affiliates, suppliers and subcontractors will not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or other damages (including, but not limited to, damages resulting from commercial or economic loss) or costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and litigation costs), incurred as a result of any claim whether based on breach of warranty or otherwise.


In no event shall Rosey’s Toybox’ liability exceed the cost of replacing the product which give rise to any claim or refunding the purchase price of the product which give rise to any claim.


THE WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.


No attempt to alter, amend or extend this warranty and limitation of liability shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an executive officer of Rosey’s Toybox.


Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
